Skipton Rubber Mouldings

• Description: Refurbishment of 7 storey office block including communal areas, toilets and amenities. This included high specification toilet and washroom services, lighting, extract ventilation and air conditioning.

• Description: 50,000 sq ft office refurbishment to include new 600amp mains upgrade, installation of lighting, small power, fire alarms, data, extraction and air conditioning system. This project posed difficult challenges in design and execution as we could only work in specific areas at any one time so as not to effect the day to day running of the clients business through direct coordination with client managers and own supervisors creating a detailed work schedule and timetable.

• Description: Carried out mechanical (heating and ventilation) and electrical installations to a new extension and refurbishment of existing classrooms and kitchen, the majority of works were carried out during school term time where the working areas were zoned and cordoned off accordingly, maintaining services at all times using out of hours work for essential shut down periods.

• Description: 12 month design and build contract of new manufacturing and office building. Project involved liasing with the client and detailed designing of engineering machinery layouts, loadings, UPS back-up systems, fire alarm system, emergency lighting, data, air conditioning, heating and amenities to offices.
